Bills of Ladings

1. "SHIPPER" and "CONSIGNEE" information must include complete name and address to include the following—Full company name, street address, city, zip code. Telephone number is optional.
2. All "Bills Of Lading" are consider "prepaid" unless clearly marked otherwise; "prepaid", "collect" or, "third party". Providing "third party" is marked, "third party" information must be clearly marked with all mailing information.
3. "Quanitity" and "Description of Goods" must be clearly marked reflecting actual number of units tendered with complete description of products tendered to Floral Express, Inc. *Note - Multiple units strapped together or bundled will be considered as (1) one unless each box is labeled by the shipper and total boxes shipped are noted.

Condition of Transportation and Facility Cross-docking

1. Transport and storage temperature will be maintained at 38 degrees fahrenheit (+-4). There is no warranty that cargo and or product hold-temperature can penetrate or be maintained in any portion thereof. Any merchandise tendered is represented by the shipper/consignee to be tolerant of this temperature.
2. Floral Express, Inc. will not be held responsible or liable for loss, damage or, delay due to Acts of God, the Public enemy or, the Authority of the Law and any other acts beyond its control.
3. Floral Express, Inc. will not be held liable and will not be bound by any schedule other than reasonable dispatch, to include any facility cross-docking and/or programs within it's facility.
4. Cargo integrity is the sole responsiblility of the tendering party of which Floral Express, Inc. will not be held liable for conceled damage. Unsealed or open top boxes tendered to Floral Express, Inc. will be transported at shippers risk holding Floral Expres, Inc. free and harmless of any claims.

Financial Terms

1. Terms, (15) fifteen days from date of invoice.
2. Freight charges are payable in cash at time of shipment unless pre-approved credit account has been authorized by Floral Express, Inc.
3. Floral Expres, Inc. will not be held responsible for C.O.D shipments or collection thereof.
4. A single shipment processed on a "bill of lading" is subject to a minimum charge.
5. Freight charges for credit shipping are based on a "prepaid basis" unless the billing account has been approved by Floral Express, Inc. as a "collect" freight account.

Claims

1. All claims must be notified within (24) twenty-four hours of delivery and must be filed with carrier within (30) thirty days. No claim will be considered until transportation charges have been paid to carrier in full.
2. Freezing and/or overheating of goods will not apply under the following conditions - Product recovered from or tendered to any airport or airline and/or inbound or outbound carrier to include any products cross-docked/ trans-loaded at Floral Express' facility location. Floral Express, Inc., will only insure product will be maintain in accordance within resonable temperature ranges.
3. Floral Express, Inc. reserves the right to inspect, recover and salvage product/s claimed against Floral Express. Failure to comply will result in an automatic denial of any claim submitted.
